Every year thousands of tourists from all over the world are coming to Ekaterinburg. The Ural capital is ready for the massive arrival of people from different countries: for example, nameplates of public transport stops and menus in restaurants are translated. But we understand that it still might be difficult to get around in an unknown city. That is why E1.RU has prepared a series of materials for guests. From our «Cheat note» the readers will find out how to easily get downtown from the airport for a reasonable price, where to find souvenirs, which cafes serve Chinese cuisine, and which places in Yekaterinburg are a must-see for visitors. The «Cheat note» will be interesting for the locals as well. For some it will help to look at the city from a new angle, for others how and where to entertain their guests.

The Ural capital is acquiring more and more symbols of its own. Over the past few years, there have appeared some «patriotic» brands, and people have even updated the city's logo. Now the inscription «ЕКАТ-ЕРИН-БУРГ» can be found everywhere — on signs and posters, T-shirts and even sewer hatches. Once upon a time, the guests could take away only postcards with views of the Urals or magnets made out of fake malachite, now the city symbols look really modern and stylish.
Nevertheless, there are not so many places in Yekaterinburg where you can buy souvenirs. We studied the map of the city and have put on it all the shops of branded Ural things.
