Где можно найти описание категории прав D в США по отношению к Российским категориям?
Т.е. у человека есть американские права категрии D. Надо получить российские права BC. В облГАИ говорят принеси бумагу, в кот. написано, что означает эта категория по отношению к российским категория.
* Passenger Car: Covers most passenger vehicles, including cars, sport utility vehicles, pickup trucks, vans, and all except for the largest recreational vehicles but does not include motorcycles. Different jurisdictions have different designations for this license
type: a majority of states call it Class C (Non Commercial) or Class D, but Florida calls it Class E, in Mississippi it is known as Class R, in Rhode Island Class 10 and in Hawaii it is Class 4.
* Graduated License: Are functionally the same as a passenger license, but are typically issued
to new drivers under the age of 18. 47 of the fifty States have some form of a graduated licensing provision; however, the actual restrictions and the length of time a new driver must adhere to them vary widely by jurisdiction. Restrictions frequently include:
o A curfew, after which
night driving is not permitted (typically midnight or 1am, but as early as 9pm in New York State). Some states provide exceptions for teenagers driving home from work or school functions, or when accompanied by a parent.
o Mandatory driver's education (both classroom instruction and
behind the wheel training)
Class D Licenses Holders: You must have your drivers Licenses for 6 months before all restrictions are taken off, However with in the first 6 months of having your license, you may only drive one passenger under the age of 16 with both parties parental
consent. People who are excused from this law are family members and person(s) over the age of 18 with a valid drivers license.
Категории прав в разных штатах разные. То, что в одном штате называется 'категорией D' в другом может называться 'категорией C' а на деле означать право на управление легковушкой.
По уму, вашему челу надо на основании этих местных штатовских прав оформить международые права (где и страничка
по русски есть), и где будет написано какой категории в России они соответствуют.
